４．Corporate Policy for environment preservation

SPC and all SPC group staff work considering SPC environment policies below as high priority.
(1)We will do daily effort to reduce CO2 and wast in our facilities, manage chemical material carefully to reduce impact on the global emvironment.
(2)All our staff voluntarily participates in the environmental preservation programs for continuous improvement of global environment.

Idea of biodiversity

The global ecosystem manages a busy living thing.
All man's civilization activities exert a direct and indirect influence at the same time.It is said that "Biodiversity" such as phenomena of the living thing is being ruined now.
The SPC group stands in such recognition and provides a "Biodiversity action agenda" that adds the aspect of "Biodiversity" to an environmental practice. Turning to the global warming prevention on which it has worked so far and the contribution to the recycling society composition, shows the relation of consideration to the active conduct of business and biodiversity, and aims at the development of the society through a sustainable active conduct of business.

[ Resource and procurement ]
It is recognized to procure and to use continuously, natural resources such as minerals,fuels, and plants, and promotes "green" procurement that considers biodiversity.

In the design of product and service provided for society, effective use of the resources, the efficient use for energy, and to exhaust evasion of the environmental risk materials.

[ Manufacturing and transportation ]
When land is used for of the construction of factories and warehouses etc.biodiversity of the land is considered.

[ sales, use, and maintenance ]
When product and service are sold, we educate the customer so that they better understand relations in use and maintenance with biodiversity.

[ collection and recycling ]
The recycling route is developed, selected carefully, and application to the recalled used product is aimed at.

[ understanding and action ]
The durability of our life and relations with biodiversity are understood, and it acts positively and voluntarily for the symbiosis with nature.

It cooperates with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation that is the parent company, and it acts in cooperation with the people in the region, NGO, and the administration.
