SCT-SW series(Digital PWM control induction heating inverter)

Contributes to energy saving and advanced control of metal heat treatment
We have made a product series of induction heating inverters that have a SiC element mounted on our original PWM control technology and that speed up signal processing by digitizing the control board using FPGA.

Features

  • Achieved a power factor of about 95% and an inverter efficiency of about 95%
  • Achieves about 10% energy saving
  • Corresponds to sudden load fluctuations of heat treatment
  • Achieves a reduction in heating rise time to 50 ms or less, which is less than half that of the conventional (*).
    (*In comparison with our conventional product SFT series)
  • It is easy to maximize the variable output power width (0.1% to rated) and switch the frequency when changing the object to be heated.
